Appointment Scheduling:

• Patients are required to schedule appointments in advance.
• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Patients must provide accurate personal information during appointment scheduling.

Payment:

• Payment for dental services is due at the time of treatment, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, or dental insurance. Payment plans may be available for certain treatments.
• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Patients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future appointments.
• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Emergency Care:

• Emergency services may incur additional charges.

• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care will maintain the confidentiality of patient records and adhere to applicable privacy laws.
• Patient information will only be disclosed with the patient’s consent or as required by law.

Dental Insurance:

• Patients with dental insurance are responsible for understanding their coverage and benefits.
• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care will assist in submitting insurance claims, but ultimate responsibility for payment lies with the patient.

Guarantee:

• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care cannot guarantee the success or outcome of dental treatments.
• The dentist will strive to provide high-quality care, but individual healing and treatment results may vary.

Complaints and Feedback:

• Patients are encouraged to provide feedback and voice any concerns regarding their treatment or experience.
• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care will address complaints promptly and take appropriate measures to resolve any issues.

Liability:

• Dr Shaik Althaf’s Dental Care will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from dental treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.
